Research now shows clearly that effective leaders are able to maintain inner calm, peace and mental clarity in all situations. Anxiety and overwhelm shut down high-level problem solving in the prefrontal cortex, clouding your ability to think and act clearly.

Traditional leadership programs are limited in their effectiveness because they focus on leadership skills and not the leader. More leadership skills are often not the answer.

Our goal in working together is to heal patterned stress responses such as anxiety and overwhelm so you can learn how to create and sustain inner happiness and peace and become more effective, efficient, with disciplined focus. 

In my work over the years, I’ve found anxiety and overwhelm are often symptoms of perfectionism, overachieving and an inability to enjoy the process of success. This leads to a heightened state of internal stress that results in typical symptoms of anxiety that, when left unchecked, can result in mental burnout.

Many high achievers believe their anxiousness or overwhelm are necessary motivating factors for success, but research has repeatedly proven otherwise. 

Neurological research has clearly shown that peace and happiness are internal experiences that positively impact the efficiency and effectiveness of leaders and the teams they lead. 

You are most effective when you are able to create, sustain and maintain an internal experience of happiness and peace internally — free of overwhelm and anxiety. 

I work with corporate and executive leaders incorporating neurological, meditative and positive psychology to maximize both symptom relief and human potential. 

Leaders who are overwhelmed, stressed or anxious transfer their stress to their  teams and this directly impacts efficiency and effectiveness. 

Welcome to Leadership Mindset Transformation

This program has been designed specifically to help you heal the patterned stress responses at the heart of your anxiety and overwhelm. 

Steeped in neuroscience and focused on healing, you will discover how to create and sustain peace and happiness for the maintenance of a growth mindset and enjoyment of success.     

How Does it Work?

Whether you’re an individual or a member of a corporate team who’s seeking to break free from the anxiety cycle, I work with you privately to get to the root cause of your habitual stress patterns and to build life skills that allow you to sustain and maintain inner peace and happiness. 

Each program includes:
  • One private counselling session per week. 
  • One Subconscious Driver Report to identify subconscious patterns below the surface of awareness, including astrological considerations, that are creating anxious thought patterns and stress responses
  • One Strengths Analysis Report to identify how to most efficiently capitalise on your strengths to create greater growth, success and enjoyment.
  • Weekly meditations to augment and expediate the progress of your private counselling sessions. The meditations combine mindfulness, transcendental, nondual and guided approaches. Each meditation is aimed at teaching your brain to use the energetic field of the mind differently to create new habits of feeling, being and doing.  
Which Program Do I Need?

It’s essential to work together over a sufficiently long enough period to embed new neurological pathways that you can sustain and maintain to avoid relapse back into the anxiety cycle.

Neurological research shows that new thoughts are formed over 21 days. These new thoughts then form habitual mental/emotional patterns in 63 days with sustained practice. These changes are most effective when the new thoughts are practised very sepcefically and intentionally through the meditative techniques taught in the programs.  

All programs are designed to heal anxiety and overwhelm and embed practices and habits to prevent relapse. The deciding factor as to which program you need is where you are on your journey.

10-Week

Program

 I’m just starting out on my inner journey towards healing.

The 9-week program is perfect if you’re just getting started on your inner journey towards healing. A longer period is required to identify, shift and maintain the underlying patterns that are keeping you stuck.

6-Week

Program

I’ve done a lot of work but I keep relapsing.

Six weeks is a perfect length of time if you’ve done some work on yourself but you need a support container to guide you through the process of establishing positive new patterns that you can sustain and maintain.

4-Week

Program

I’m close to sustained peace but I’m not quite there yet.

Four weeks is ideal if you have already done significant work on yourself and you’re on the verge of breaking through to sustained relief, but you need additional support to get there.

What’s Included?

All private counselling programs include:

  • Initial intake session (1-hour).
  • One strengths analysis and report.
  • Subconscious driver report (with astrological considerations).
  • One private session per week.
  • One pre-recorded meditation per week (hypno-meditations included as needed).
Initial Intake Session

In this 60-90 minute session we go over your goals, the evolution of your concerns and symptoms, identify patterns, the best next steps for symptom relief, success and more. The Subconscious Driver Report and the Strengths Analysis Report are incorporated into the initial session as well.

Private Counselling Sessions

These sessions help you understand the reports and how to apply the information in them. Most importantly the sessions provide individualized therapy that helps to identify and distill the patterns no longer serving you that cater to self-imposed limitations that support anxiety and overwhelm. These sessions focus on transforming these mental and emotional patterns into patterns that create sustainable peace and happiness and a mindset of well-being focused on growth and success.

Subconscious Driver Report

This is a report that helps you understand what is going on below your conscious awareness at a subconscious level. The subconscious mind determines upwards of 90% of what you do, why you do it and when you do. Yet most of the time, people are unaware of what is going on in these depths. In the report you are also provided with relevant astrological considerations that help reveal the life lessons that may have resulted in patterns you’re trying to work through. We come into life with lessons to learn and when these lessons are missed or ignored they continue to be presented—often the longer they are ignored the more difficult they become.  It can be much easier when you understand what your soul is trying to help your spirit learn.

Strengths Analysis and Report 
You’ll complete a character strengths assessment. I combine this with your subconscious driver report to give greater insight and perspective to authentically align with your strengths. Knowing your strengths and potential give you confidence and optimism that support the counselling process. The report is woven throughout the counselling sessions and the Subconscious Driver Report
Weekly Pre Recorded Meditations
The meditations build on one another and are a combination of transcendental, guided, nondual and pineal stimulation, breath work in also included. The meditations are based on the premise of teaching your brain to use the mind differently so that  symptoms of stress, like anxiety and overwhelm, can be eliminated, peace, happiness, clarity and contentment can be created and growth and success pursued.

Most leadership training focuses on leadership styles, outcomes, techniques, etc., not the leader. Additionally, many leadership training programs focused on well-being teach why well-being is important, or life hacks to create space for it, but not the specifics of how to create, sustain, and maintain a mindset of well-being for the long term. 


The Leadership Mindset Training Programs help leaders unlearn habitual and automatic stress responses that are counterproductive to productivity and well-being.

FAQ

How does it work for corporate teams?

There are three options for The Leadership Mindset Transformation program, within corporate teams, once it is decided who and how many team members will benefit or have access.

Option 1 

Hybrid program in-person and online

The 10, 6 or 4-week program begins with a 3-5 day in-person, on-site, intensive. During the intensive, Brandi conducts the 60-90 minute intake session, goes over the Subconscious Driver and Strengths Analysis Reports with each member individually. Additionally, Brandi works closely with each member to decipher and refine their meditative approaches for each individual while holding energetic space for these individual approaches. The remainder of the sessions are completed online via a secure online therapy platform. The meditations are done independently with the meditative recordings. This is a preferred option for those teams desiring a hybrid program of in-person and online.

Option 2
Online only

Brandi conducts the entire program online with each individual separately. The 60-90 minute intake sessions where she goes over the Subconscious Driver and Strengths Analysis Reports with each member individually are done online via a secure online therapy platform. Throughout the program, Brandi works closely with each member to decipher and refine their meditative approaches for each individual while holding energetic space for these individual approaches. 

Option 3
In-person

Team members have the option of completing their program sessions in-person with Brandi in her therapy office. The meditations are still done independently with this program approach.

How does your therapeutic approach differ from others?

Most therapy begins and ends with symptom relief. Unfortunately, symptom relief does not prevent relapse or create peace and happiness, and it certainly does not lead to human optimization. Just because you are less anxious or overwhelmed does not mean you are happy or at peace or that you are your best self. Brandi’s programs are different: they focus on symptom relief and helping people create, sustain and maintain peace and happiness and move into optimization. Additionally, all of the programs teach you about what is going on below the surface, on subconscious levels, how this impacts you energetically and most importantly, how to create an optimized you. 

How are your programs different from other therapy or coaching programs?

Brandi’s programs are different in that they focus on symptom relief as well as helping people create, sustain and maintain peace and happiness and move into optimization. Most psychotherapy or counselling tends to focus too much on what has gone wrong and short term symptom relief. Coaching tends to be too focused on success and growth and fails to address what is going on subconsciously, below the surface, that is actually driving and sustaining the behaviours and emotional patterns and responses. Psychiatry tends to focus on the chemical symptoms too and not the thoughts and emotions creating the chemicals. Therefore, psychiatry tries to medicate away anxiety without dealing with what is driving and supporting the anxiety, stress or overwhelm. 

What if I miss a week or want to take more time between sessions?

There is flexibility in the programs. The programs are meant to follow your pace of healing, growth and optimization. Many people find they require weekly sessions at beginning of the program and then more time between sessions as healing, relief and success progress. 

(It is asked that the 4 and 6 week programs be completed within 6 months and the 9 week in 8 months.)

What if I can’t meditate?
You can. The programs use research based neurologically informed approaches to first teach you to quiet your mind and step into the field of potential in order to align with your peace and relaxation. The meditations then move you into connecting with your larger, greater self and then eventually teach you how to align with the larger greater self for optimization.
