MEDITATION AND HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis and Meditation are used to

help you get from where you are to where
you want to be efficiently and effectively,
and make therapy results sustainable

and maintainable.

The focus of all the meditations used in the
programs is to teach you, the thinker, to
train your brain to use the mind differently.

If you are looking to overcome unwanted mental, emotional and behavioural patterns and responses, the most effective and efficient path includes hypnosis and meditation.

Meditation

Numerous scientific studies have shown that meditation significantly reduces anxiety, depression and related stress responses. Most important, hypnosis or meditation expediates the therapeutic process making it more effective and efficient, and therapy results maintainable and sustainable.

  • Mindfulness Meditation helps people become aware of the thoughts and emotional responses they wish to change. Mindfulness meditation can help eliminate anxiety and depression by allowing people to witness their thoughts and feelings rather than engage with them.
  • Guided Meditation helps create a clear sense of what is desired and needed and the steps required for achievement.
  • Transcendental Meditation (TM) helps people transcend current limiting beliefs about themselves, others and the world. TM is an excellent resource for those suffering from anxiety and depression.
  • Nondual meditation
  • Hypno-meditation

Hypnosis and Hypno-Meditation

Hypnosis is a relaxed, focused and highly receptive brain state. In this relaxed brain state, people are highly susceptible to suggestions. The American Medical Association states, 6 hours of Hypnotherapy is the equivalent to 600 hours of Psychotherapy. Said another way, what can be achieved in 6 hours of hypnosis would take 11 1/2 years in Psychotherapy.

The combination of hypnosis with meditations is a powerful augmentation to your counselling sessions by engaging the subconscious mind and directing your brain to pull from the mind in different ways. This increases your brain’s neuroplasticity, allowing you to more easily form new neural pathways that move you in the direction of new thoughts and behaviours that serve you more resourcefully.
