About Brandi

I’m not your regular counsellor. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor trained in Positive Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, Transcendental Meditation and Clinical Hypnotherapy, I am able to combine the best of Clinical Psychology and spiritual and energetic principles to help my clients heal and transform their lives.

On a personal level, I know what it’s like to struggle with anxiety. As a teenager and young adult, I was stuck in a continuous loop of heightened stress, producing stress hormones that affected my health, even when there was no danger. It took me years of personal growth and learning to discover that I had the power to break free from these habitual stress responses to create sustained inner peace.

I have dedicated the last two decades of my life to studying anxiety and helping hundreds of clients to break free from the anxiety cycle.
